I can't use Japanese

This computer has Korean language environment but doesn't have Japanese.
I tried to change to Japanese but I can't. --

by the way,

I arrived at Huai Xai in Laos today from Cheng Khong in Thailand.
I'm going to stay here two nights and go back to Thailand.
And the day after I'll go back to Japan....Maybe....^^;
